The Ninja Rock Lee[]
In Konohagakure, Tenten, along with her teammate Neji Hyūga, are seen scolding Lee on how he completed their mission without their assistants. The team then overhears Guy talking to a couple of Konoha shinobi about how a ninja needs ninjutsu in order to become a ninja. This shocks Lee and causes concern for both Neji and Tenten.
Later in the day, Team Guy are seen training. Tenten helps by throwing kunai at her teammates to see if they can block them. Tenten first launches the kunai at Neji, which he successfully blocks. Lee however was unsuccessful. Tenten treats Lee's wounds and asks why he would try to copy Neji's technique to block the thrown kunai. Lee reminds Tenten of the statement Guy used. Lee then spots Naruto preforming the Sexy Technique to Konohamaru. Tenten is shocked to see Lee excited after watching.
The Huge Pitter-Patter Attack Plan of Love![]
After Lee gets rejected by Sakura, Lee goes to Neji and Tenten about how he has learned to impress women after finding Kakashi's book, Icha Icha. However, Tenten questions whether or not Lee will learn anything from the book.
Tenten then accompanies Lee to try to impress Sakura. As she watches on the sidelines, she is horrified to see Lee failing at his attempts. She then tries to give him support but to no avail. Kakashi then arrives to warn them about missing-nin that have infiltrated the village. He is then happy to see that they found his Icha Icha book. Neji then asked if its his mask that makes him look cool, in which Kakashi responds by saying that he wears a mask to cover up the "stuff" that comes out of his nose, which Neji finds pathetic. Kakashi then gives a real answer and says that it is someone who protects the people that are close to them.
Later while walking, Tenten finds Lee badly injured. Once Lee explains to Tenten what happened, Tenten cheers Lee up by saying that she thinks he's cool. She is then freaks out when Lee cries in front of her. Lee then finds another book on the ground called Icha Icha Dangerous. After reading it, Tenten comments on how Lee hasn't learned a thing.
Rock Lee vs. Neji Hyūga!![]
After Lee finishes off a group of missing-nin, Tenten arrives in shock to see Lee and Guy wearing a ballerina. She then turns to Neji to see that he has defeated the boss of the group. She then compliments Neji on this achievement.
Tenten shocked at Lee, Neji, and Guy's muscular bodies.
Later, Tenten is trying to find an important picture she lost and wishes that she had Neji's help because of his Byakugan. Lee however insist on helping and saws that he will use his Byakugan by rolling his eyes back, but Tenten says that doesn't make it a Byakugan. Neji then appears with Tenten's missing photo of Team Guy in the past. Tenten remembers how Neji remained a talented ninja ever since he was genin. After this comment, Lee challenges Neji to a fight, which Neji accepts. After Lee finishes his training with Guy, Tenten and Neji are surprised to see that Lee has a muscular body and Guy has half of his body muscular. As the two start to battle it out, Tenten is shocked at Lee's battle tactics. Just when she thinks that Lee might end up winning because of his final attack, she unexpectedly sees them both lying down unconscious after taking too much damage from the attack. After they were fully recovered, Tenten is happy for the both of them after Neji compliments Lee on how much he has grown as a ninja. The next day, Tenten is shocked to see that Lee, Guy and Neji have muscular bodies.
