Runt Ball Rasengan (ちび玉螺旋丸, Chibitama Rasengan) is a jutsu where the user creates a normal Rasengan and shrinks it down to miniature-size. Although the full effect of the technique in combat is unknown, it was able to instantly cool off a cooked ramen.
