Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf (人獣混合変化・双頭狼, Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō) is a Combination Transformation where the user and their ninken become a single entity and fuse into a two-headed wolf, thus drastically increasing their size, and power.

- This technique is based on the Greek myth of Orthrus, a two-headed dog and brother of Cerberus.
- When Lee jumped into the transformation, the wolf had three heads, resembling Cerberus. In Naruto, Kiba and Akamaru created a more advanced form of this technique which is also a three-headed wolf.
