Aoba Yamashiro (山城アオバ, Yamashiro Aoba) is a tokubetsu jōnin from Konohagakure.
Appearance[]
Aoba has dark, spiky hair and is always seen wearing red-framed sunglasses which obscures his eyes. He wears the standard Konoha shinobi outfit complete with flak jacket and forehead protector, the latter of which is worn slightly tilted to the left.

Part 1: Guy Sensei Didn't Do[]
Aoba, along with Kotetsu Hagane, Izumo Kamizuki, and Genma Shiranui, arrested Guy for acting indecently at the women's section of the hot springs and brought him to Konoha to be judged for his actions.
Episode 14[]
Part 2: Death![]
Aoba, along with Kotetsu Hagane, Izumo Kamizuki, and Genma Shiranui were ordered by Shizune to guard Guy, while he was recuperating in the hospital, to stop Lee, Neji, and Tenten from trying to feed him curry. When Lee and his team attempted to break into the room, the four shinobi tried to stop them but were overwhelmed by their attacks.
